Embark on an artistic adventure exploring the underwater world at WA Museum | Boola Bardip.
Join artist Ian Daniell, known for his Life-Size Ocean Art, for a special voyage through the aquatic displays and an art workshop for children of all ages. Discover the array of colourful creatures, fantastical forms and eye-popping patterns found in our oceans. Get creative! Ian will assist you in sketching, drawing and painting your very own marine-art masterpiece.
While the paint dries, why not see if you can count how many tiny crustaceans make up the artist’s 2022 work ‘Krill’, which can be found displayed alongside Otto the Blue Whale skeleton.
